We are the controller of the data processing operations on the website within the meaning of the GDPR 2018.

We do not pass on the personal data collected from you without your consent.

Otherwise, we use the personal data collected from you for other purposes only insofar as the Data Protection Act or another legal provision allows it or you have consented.

With regard to the storage period, we follow the principle of storage limitation, which means that we process the personal data collected from you only until your consent is revoked, if applicable, or for a period exceeding this only as long as we have a contractual relationship with you, if applicable, or are entitled or obligated to do so by corresponding legal provisions.

We do not sell personal information we collect about you. We may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government entities, and (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity. How We Protect Personal Information

After that, the relevant personal information is routinely erased.
